What We Deliver
- Construction Management— Full-time, on-site engineering oversight of construction works, ensuring contractor compliance with approved plans and specifications.
- Design & Construction Management — Complete project ownership from design update through construction supervision and final certification.
- Updating of Baseline Studies — Review and update of base engineering studies before construction commences.
- Quality Assurance & Control — Implementation of Quality Assurance Plans (PAQ), routine inspections, materials testing supervision, and non-conformance management.
- Contract Administration — Review of contractor work schedules, payment certificate verification (décomptes), change order assessment, and claim management.
- Progress Reporting — Regular monthly and quarterly technical and financial progress reports for clients and financiers.
