What We Deliver
- Mission de Contrôle et Surveillance — Full-time, on-site engineering oversight of construction works, ensuring contractor compliance with approved plans and specifications.
- Maîtrise d’Œuvre Complète — Complete project ownership from design update through construction supervision and final certification.
- Actualisation des Études de Base — Review and update of base engineering studies before construction commences.
- Quality Assurance & Control — Implementation of Quality Assurance Plans (PAQ), routine inspections, materials testing supervision, and non-conformance management.
- Contract Administration — Review of contractor work schedules, payment certificate verification (décomptes), change order assessment, and claim management.
- Progress Reporting — Regular monthly and quarterly technical and financial progress reports for clients and financiers.
- Environmental Monitoring — On-site environmental compliance monitoring aligned with approved EMPs.
- Stakeholder Relations — Facilitation of communication between Project Owner (Maître d’Ouvrage), Contractor (Entreprise), and Supervising Engineer (Maître d’Œuvre).
