Who We Are
Williams Fru & Partners (BET WFP) is a Cameroonian technical consulting firm (Bureau d'Études Techniques) specializing in civil engineering studies, construction management, and infrastructure supervision. We are registered under Cameroonian law with headquarters in Bamenda (BP 814) and operational offices in Douala (BP 2709). Founded in 1980 by Engineer Fru John Williams — a civil engineering graduate of the Catholic University of America (1967) and holder of a Master of Science from Ohio University (1969) — our firm has grown into one of Cameroon's most respected and experienced engineering consultancies. We operate as Ingenieurs Conseils (Consulting Engineers), providing independent, expert technical guidance to clients in the public and private sectors across the CEMAC and ECOWAS zones.

Our mission
To deliver technically rigorous, ethically grounded, and results-oriented engineering consulting services that contribute to sustainable infrastructure development in Cameroon and across Africa.
Our Vision
